3.1 Software requirement specification (SRS)
An SRS is used to describe what features are available in the system, this document must be done following user research. This document is able to aid in ensuring the continuity of the project.
This document must be signed off by the stakeholders of the project, so that both the vendor as well as as the project owner will have a clear scope of the project.
